2 hour in home consultation & makeover report
Our Makeover Report will go through your home room by room. Each tab provides general information about the staging process, along with specific suggestions and an action checklist. We also include helpful photos of staged homes, so that you can visualize the look we are trying to achieve. We will explain the "why” behind each suggested action. The report will include check lists for common repairs, cleaning, curb appeal and declutter advice. In addition the report will include information on furniture placement, paint color changes, accessories, art and lighting.
Home Staging Assessment and Proposal: $200
1 hour in home consultation & proposal
Occupied Home Staging Packages
Based on the initial assessment, we will spend a half day or full day making dramatic transformations to your home. We will arrange your furnishings so as to maximize space and create an inviting environment that buyers aspire to.
The pricing depends on the size of your home and the number of rooms staged and whether accessories and wall art are included for rent.
ReDesign Consultation & D-I-Y Makeover Report: $550
